Individuals, teams, and leaders who are responsible for overcoming obstacles and who are engaged in creating, delivering, and ensuring a frictionless and elite customer experience.

Q2: What is the cost to attend the workshop?

Participants 1 - 10: US$1,995 each
Participants 11 - 20: US$1,495 each (25% off)

Q3: What is your refund policy?

Full refund up to 24 hours of event start.

Q4: Who leads these training workshops, and what are their qualifications?

Master instructors, who are experienced continuous improvement and project management professionals, facilitate the 8D Problem Solving for Professionals workshop.

Q5: Is there a project savings or customer satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, each participant’s improvement project will identify a quantifiable benefit to their organization (savings, revenue, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, etc.) equal to or greater than the cost to attend the workshop; otherwise, a full refund will be provided.

Q6: What if I have to miss some of the training sessions?

All training sessions are recorded for participants to go back and review as needed.

Q7: What if I need to stop attending classes midway through the workshop?

We understand things may come up that make it difficult or impossible to complete the training in your current cohort. In these cases we allow participants to resume their training in a future workshop for no additional cost.

Q8: What if I’m not able to complete my improvement project within the training timeframe?

Your project coach is available to provide support with completing your improvement project, up to an additional 5 weeks, after the training period has ended.

Q9: What are the minimum and maximum numbers of participants in each training cohort?

5 participants minimum, 20 participants maximum.

Q10: Do I need to have expertise or previous training in continuous improvement, project management, or lean six sigma?

Some familiarity with problem solving and continuous improvement tools and methods is helpful but not required for successful completion of the 8D Problem Solving for Professionals workshop.

Q11: Am I able to use my organization’s PM software for managing my improvement project?

Yes, participants are welcome to use any in-house or commercial off-the-shelf PM software they’re familiar with.

Q12: Can the training content and/or format be customized to fit my needs?

Yes, the 8D Problem Solving for Professionals workshop and delivery format can be customized to fit a variety of needs, including changes to curriculum, content, frequency, duration, and approach. Our goal is to create an effective and lasting problem-solving system and culture in your organization.
